⚠️ Furniture must not be assembled or used if it is to be returned.
4. Returns of Large Furniture
Large furniture items may be returned only if:
- The item has not been used
- The item has not been assembled
- The item remains in its original condition
Additional transportation or logistics costs may apply for large furniture returns.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
